Candidates must furnish their own tools, be able to operate industry associated heavy equipment and complete all assigned work in an accurate and timely fashion.

You will report to the service manager and will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Work in a safe manner
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area
  • Troubleshoot customer complaints
  • Repair, recondition, overhaul and maintain all equipment distributed by the company
  • Document steps taken throughout the repair process
  • Plan proper repair procedures to maintain efficiency
  • Efficiently utilize tooling and technical resources
  • Continually improve key processes
  • Communicate repair status with the service manager
  • Complete/attend all safety meetings and computer based safety training
  • Complete/attend all training courses assigned to maintain current machine knowledge
  • Work in a proactive, safe manner in compliance with all safety practices, policies and training
  • Immediately resolve and/or report all safety issues to service manager


  • Minimum two (2) years’ experience in troubleshooting and repair of Construction / Road Building Equipment.
  • Must have strong communication and organization skills
  • Must be able to troubleshoot technical problems and meet or exceed labor repair guidelines
  • Possess the ability to plan and efficiently complete assigned tasks
  • Able to run diagnostic software and prepare service communications, Training offered
  • Ability to lift 50-75 lbs
  • Welding experience a plus
  • CDL License a plus, not required
